SHIPPING INFO

All of our shoe charms are made to order and will ship within 1-3 business days 💖

We ship worldwide. Shipping times are additional to the above processing time of 1-3 business days

SHIPPING TIME APPROX:

UK: Second class 2-4 business days
Europe: International Standard 7-14 working days
Everywhere else: International Standard 7-14 working days

              The processing time is longer when the shop is on holiday, it then

                                             depends on the holiday dates.

                          It is always displayed at the top of the Home page.

I CAN'T FIND THE TRACKING NUMBER:

There are no tracking numbers available unless you select and pay for the Tracking option at checkout. If the standard delivery was chosen at the checkout, orders were sent as 2nd class, unless tracked delivery is purchased I'm unable to track the orders. 

 

If you require a tracking number, please purchase it during the checkout stage of your order.

SHIPPING ISSUES:

      We can not be held liable for delays in the postal system due to unforeseen                                    circumstances or issues that are out of our control,

                                    i.e. Coronavirus, Royal Mail strikes etc.

            If re-shipping is required in the UK due to failure to receive the parcel

                   the standard re-shipping fee is £1.90 for shoe charms/jewelry,

                                 £3.00 for squiggles,  £3.60 for large squiggles. 

​

     

     International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once your

                                                 order reaches your country. 

​

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

​

Package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees when the item arrives at the destination country. I do not take responsibility for these fees, they are the responsibility of the recipient; I do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Any returns to iCreateStuffUK that are due to failure to pay duties/taxes, etc, the customer will be liable for any outstanding balance and/or return fees/surcharges/duties, etc charged to iCreateStuffUK by customs, handling agents, couriers, etc. Any refund that may be available will have all costs deducted for the returns process including a restocking/handling by iCreateStuffUK. Please contact your local customs office for more information on taxes and duties.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS

   Due to the nature of goods as custom-made to order or personalized items, I do not        offer refunds and order cancellations. Every purchase is a final sale, unless the product

    is damaged or defective, in which case I may be able to offer a refund or exchange.

                             You MUST notify me within 14 days of the purchase date.

 

                Return of an order must be made in writing to the below email address                           within 14 days of receiving your items.  info.icreatestuffuk@gmail.com .

 

                                       

               Refunds may take up to 14 days to process, once your item arrives back at                       my address. I cannot accept returns unless I have been contacted beforehand.

 

        If I receive a return that I'm not contacted for will be held for 14 days. If I am not                     contacted within that period, your items may no longer be valid for a refund.

                                                EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

                            I  only exchange items if they are defective or damaged

                                                   REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item (when I have been contacted beforehand). At this stage I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a refund will be given to your original payment method if any items you received were faulty or damaged in transit. Your refund will take into account  fees, charges, etc incurred by iCreate StuffUK during the refund/return process. Please note that it may take up to 14 days to process refunds before being approved/rejected.

                                          LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN GOODS:

                If your pacel arrives damaged you MUST contact me with photos of

          the damage first,  this must be made in writing to the below email address

             within 14 days of  receiving your items.  info.icreatestuffuk@gmail.com .  

   

         If I receive a returned item that I'm not contacted for will be held for 14 days.

  If I am not contacted within that period, your items may no longer be valid for a refund.

   The same rules apply when a product is defective, please contact me with the photos.

​

I will not refund or replace an item just because it was lost i.e fell out of the shoe

                                               or because of accidental damage.

​

                                                      LATE SHIPPING ISSUES:

​

      Please note insurance covers do not cover late packages and I will not refund

                                or resend your package simply because it is late.

 

                    I will send a refund or replace after your package has been

     in transit for 30 days. Please allow 14 working days from the due delivery date- UK,

                                                18 working days - International.

                        I will ONLY THEN refund or replace (UK ony) lost orders.

  • How to care for your jewellery
    All charms and jewellery are handmade, be gentle with them. Avoid water, unnecessary pressure on them. Cleaning products, creams and oils are not friendly either. To add your charms - Push the edge of the charm into the hole at a 45 degree angle and push down on the top of the charm until you feel it fit in place. To remove, push the bottom of the charm button outward through the inside of the shoe and gently wiggle it up and out. DO NOT pull up directly on the charm, or you may damage it. Remove all charms before you clean your clogs.
  • How quickly will I receive my products?
    All my charms and jewellery are handmade and made to order. It usually takes 1-3 working days to assemble/finish plus shipping time on top of that. It also depends on where you are based. UK 1-3 working days plus shipping time (1-9 working days) depending on the shipping type choosen and the destination country. The processing time is longer when shop is on holiday, it then depends on the holiday dates. It is always displayed at the top of Home page.
  • Do you offer discount on bulk orders?
    From time to time I will offer discount and sales. I will usually announce it on my Instagram or/and to my mailist list subscribers. Check back the store regularly for a change to catch a discount 💖
